Terms of Use — Airward

Airward is a defensive network-visibility tool for monitoring a network you own or are authorised to administer. By using it you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Airward (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

Airward offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” licence sold as a one-time purchase. Subject to these terms and your purchased tier, PXL Security LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on Mac computers you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or circumvent its licence validation.

3. Acceptable use

Use Airward only on Wi-Fi networks you own or are explicitly authorised to monitor.
Airward operates only on the locally-connected subnet and performs no offensive actions. Do not attempt to use it to scan or attack networks or devices without authorisation.
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Airward provides network visibility and heuristic intrusion detection; it does not decrypt traffic, guarantee detection of every threat, or guarantee the security of your network. Detections — particularly Wi-Fi anomaly heuristics — may produce false positives and false negatives.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PXL Security LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

6. Payments & refunds

Airward is sold by PXL Security LTD (Bulgaria), the seller of record. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. If you are unhappy with Airward, contact hello@airward.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunding a purchase revokes its licence key.

7. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
