Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Airward (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Airward offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" license sold as a one-time purchase. Subject to these terms and your purchased tier, pxlsec grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Mac computers you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or circumvent its license validation.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Airward only on Wi-Fi networks you own or are explicitly authorised to monitor.
- Airward operates only on the locally-connected subnet and performs no offensive actions. Do not attempt to use it to scan or attack networks or devices without authorisation.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Airward provides network visibility and heuristic intrusion detection; it does not decrypt traffic, guarantee detection of every threat, or guarantee the security of your network. Detections — particularly Wi-Fi anomaly heuristics — may produce false positives and false negatives.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pxlsec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
6. Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles applicable taxes. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy and Lemon Squeezy's terms; contact hello@pxlsec.com.
7. Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
